The Farmstead

Last night, we went to The Farmstead. It was in Meridian. The Alphonsus paid for all the employees to be able to go with a guest. It was super crowded! .

You can see the candy crush cannon in the background. It was scary! There was a countdown and then it shot one massive blow of candy that went everywhere! I did not want to be in the candy landing zone, but Tyler wanted to be and I didn't want to stand alone. After the cannon shot, Tyler bent down to get a piece, then got hit in the back of the head! He said it really hurt, poor guy.

We went on this little ride with a tractor pulling all these little wooden carts. It was very wobbly but fun.

We went in the cornmaze as it was really getting dark and we were getting super lost and couldn't even find the entrance for awhile. Tyler really wanted to successfully complete the maze by finding the exit, but it was getting so dark, and I just wanted to get out! Luckily we made it back to the entrance! Btw the corn maze was shaped like Idaho and Jimmy falon. Jimmy falon found that funny.

We didn't purchase any pumpkins, but took our pic with some anyway.

We sat in the car for about 30 minutes because we were done with the activities at the farmstead, but Tyler remembered that they were going to have fireworks at 8:30. The fireworks were fantastic! Great big ones and it was a long show with lots of colors and variety. We were hungry and went to tacos at this place El Rey's Tacos. Tyler said it means King Tacos. Tyler raves over how yummy they are, and I thought they were OK 😋
